The European Language Certificates (telc)

telc – The European Language Certificates – tests on the basis of the “Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning and Teaching” (CEF) of the Council of Europe. The telc test can be taken in nine different languages on five different levels. A telc language certificate is valid on an international level and recognized throughout Europe. It provides proof that you have a command of a certain language at a certain level – for better chances in your career; as an eligibility requirement for – e.g. – the Master course “Master of Arts – Kultur im Prozess der Moderne: Literatur und Medien” at the University of Mannheim; or also for a more motivated language learning. We test in the languages English, French and Spanish. Further languages are planned for the upcoming semesters.
